Holdmate is based in the United States.

Ordering

When you complete an order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all information regarding the products, price, billing address, and shipping address.

If you notice any errors in your confirmation, you must contact us immediately at contact@holdmate.com.


Shipping & Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following business day at the earliest.

Delays may occur due to high demand or carrier-related issues that are beyond our control. If your delivery is delayed (without prior notice from us), please contact us at contact@holdmate.com.

Depending on your location, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply, as you are considered the legal importer of the goods you order.


Prices

All prices listed on the Website are shown in USD.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, typographical errors, incorrect information, or fluctuating exchange rates. Prices may be updated at any time.


Returns & Exchange Policy (14 Days)

Holdmate offers a 14-day exchange policy from the date your item is delivered.

To request an exchange:

  1. Notify us by emailing contact@holdmate.com.
    Include your name, address, email, order number, and which products you wish to exchange.

  2. Items must be returned within 14 days after your exchange request.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the product during return transit. Items should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.

  4. If the item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the loss in value.

Exchanges are not available for:

  • Products where the seal has been broken for hygiene or safety reasons

  • Audio or video products with broken seals

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Fully completed services

  • Perishable items

  • Single-issue magazines or newspapers


Complaints & Defective Items

All items are inspected before shipment. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Complaints must be submitted as soon as the issue is discovered.

How to file a complaint:

  1. Email contact@holdmate.com including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect.

  2. If the defect cannot be repaired or replaced with the same or a similar item, we will refund you according to applicable consumer protection guidelines.

  3. Return shipping is covered for approved defective item claims.

  4. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the item is not considered defective under standard consumer protection rules.


Limitation of Liability

Holdmate is not responsible for indirect damages that may result from the use of our products.

We do not accept liability for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as carrier delays, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supplier issues.

We are also not responsible for changes made by manufacturers regarding product appearance, features, or materials.
