Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your product is defective, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are not refundable in this case.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Returns (If Applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check the following steps:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@holdmate.com.
Shipping Instructions
We will provide return instructions via email, including where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over 100 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Holdmate cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
